Smart Tariff and Double Credit Tariff.
By default, you will be on the Double Credit Tariff.
However, you can always switch to Smart Tariff.
Yes. To switch from Smart Tariff to Double Credit tariff, please SMS ‘DOUBLE’ to 345. The Smart Tariff is a calendar month offer and you will be automatically switched to Double Credit Tariff at the end of every calendar month.
Yes. To switch from Double Credit Tariff to Smart Tariff, simple SMS ‘SMART’ to 345.
When you switch from Double Credit Tariff to the Smart Tariff, you will loose the extra credit that you received on your top-up.
No. In order to switch to Smart Tariff, you are required to wait until the expiry of your current Double Credit Bundle.
You will find instructions on how to unsubscribe on the relevant bundle page on our site. Don’t worry; you’ll still be able to use all the credit that you have paid for until the date your bundles expiry.
