The Bundle allowance is only valid for Vectone Mobile Netherlands Pay as you go customers
Any remaining allowance after validity will not be carried over into the next period should the customer repurchase the Bundle.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the auto-renewal function will renew the Bundle at the end of its validity period and that the subscription renewal Price will be deducted from the Customer’s account balance. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *3017# before the renewal date and follow the instructions.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bundle call allowances can be used with any of the following countries to Fixed & Mobile: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia (Exclude Top Connect), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Fixed only: Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
The Bundle allowances are valid for 30 days
Allowances: Check your account balance on the Double Credit Plan by dialling: *2210#. Check your account balance on the Smart Plan by dialing: *2213#
Calling minutes (national and international), texts and data used outside of the bundle allowances will be charged at Vectone Mobile Netherlands standard rates.
Customers who change the Bundle before their 30-day expiration period will lose any leftover allowance.
The Bundle cannot be purchased using free promotional credit or credit received via Call Credit Transfer.
Bundles subscribed via offline vouchers are non-refundable.
